The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty. Both flights were delayed due to maintenance issues.

The gentleman taking care of us on our flight was so nice, accommodating, and attentive. He always was smiling and giving pins to the kids which made me smile. The flight was quick too and without turbulence. Thank you for the great flying experience. I would fly again the whole experience was great.

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. Instead I'd book direct with AA. I loved how they arrange boarding (starting with people seated in back and moving to the front). Flight crew was very polite and welcoming. Seating was ok, I felt like there was enough leg space however it is noticeable when the passenger in front of you sets their seat back.
One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants. Up to that the game hung on a knife-edge and even the goal was of the lucky variety.

Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours.

Entire trip had to be cancelled. Crew was more interested on looking at their phones than welcoming passengers during boarding. Self check in Kiosk did not recognize that I had prepaid for my luggage. This caused a 40 minute delay even though I had my British Airways email receipt for the prepaid luggage. This practice happens way way way too much, and it seems on every airline, though AA is probably the worst.
The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be.

Stanton airport is outdated, pure equiped, airport. Fire alarms, power outages is a common routine, wich result ir flights delay , additional money spending and huge gathering of people in airport wich is unsafe. We missed the flight due to very slow security control and lack of last call announcement. We only found out at the gate that the gate is closed.

Plane was good but was delayed. Probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay. Security was a mess at the Helsinki Airport. But I was delighted by the connecting flight waiting for us for JFK. Finnair cancelled my flight 12 hours prior to leaving for Helsinki.
On our outbound flight thee were no problems. On the return flight we were charged for each bag totaling $400! We are working with customer service to resolve the issue. I suspect i caught flu on this flight as i could hear someone coughing a few rows back and ended up with flu a few days later.
As a single passenger I should not have been seated with 2 others. The only problem was there are games on the entertaiment system. The guy behind me played poker the entire time and poking the back of my seat.
The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again. Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading.
The flight was on time and the crew very professional. Everything went as expected and I will use BA again for this trip. The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good. Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
